Hey,

When machine cutting a product, it gives an error saying **“the device is overheating. If it happens again, contact support.”** What could be the cause of this? The internal fan is working, and we even added an extra fan. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem, and what should be done?

Thanks.

This was info enough.

Check your fan (again) and be sure it is turning and spins freely.
