# Official snapmaker videos

As a newbie , i find it a bit time consuming to find a clear explanation to an often simple problem … most issues quickly become extremely technical.

Is there a case for an “official” snapmaker collection of troubleshooting videos to to address the majority of cases..

Maybe something similar to simplify 3ds trouble shooting web support?
