Since yesterday the fan quit working. I went through all diagnostic steps as suggested from trouble shooting guides. They gave no clue whether the fan or related electronics are affected and how to fix it. I already opened a support ticket but got no response what so ever.
I want to note the printer has been in duty only for several days executing less than 30 little print jobs.
Please help greatly appreciated!
