I do not like Orca’s percentage solution on line width with mixed nozzles. 0.8 nozzle should print 0.82 line width and 0.2 nozzle 0.22 line width most of the type according to snapmaker shipped presets. A 105% setting on them is wrong. 105% is based on 0.4 nozzle printing 0.42 line width. On 0.2 nozzle, 0.21 line width is probably fine, but first layer 125% on 0.8 nozzle is 1.0 wide vs 0.82 wide, that’s a big difference. That’s why in for fork of Snapmaker Orca, I have line with at absolute mm values, and with per nozzle line width and speed, you can see those values update as you change nozzle diameters.

> TL;DR: FOrcaSlicer (FOS) is a fork of Snapmaker OrcaSlicer for the Snapmaker U1. The U1 has four independent print heads, and FOS makes each one capable of carrying a different nozzle diameter and doing a different job - a fine nozzle on the visible surface, a coarse one on everything behind it, and painted color applied as a thin shell instead of a solid block of filament. Snapmaker Orca is a great slicer to build on; FOS just leans into the U1’s four-head hardware in a way stock doesn’t yet. E…
