Can we possibly get the ooze prevention to be on a per material basis? Having it in the settings profile and not having an override in the filament means we are stuck using -150 for everything. When your material is printed at 250c+ …. this is annoying and makes it sit longer than needed.
Do you have a more detailed description or images? That would help us better understand the situation you’re describing.
Right now, there is a single setting under ooze prevention, a flat -150. It might be helpfull for this to be a per filament setting as …. i could be mixing 215 to 300c materials…. wont it work better if you can keep them in a better range for the materials?
From my recollection, the standby toolhead temperature isn’t as high as during printing.
Yah this is global tho. Using mixed materials, You end up with one number rules all. ANYTHING that is related to temp and filament should have an override in the filament profile if nothing else.
This is not the same. Im well aware of this. And this is a problem with a bunch of settings, They assume single toolhead and dont let you make tweaks we need. IE No wipes on the prime tower, No independant zhop for JUST priming travels… etc.
