# Luban 4.4.0 not connecting

For Window, did you delete the folder:  
C:/Users/your\_username/AppData/Roaming/snapmaker-luban,  
For example, mine is:  
C:\Users\chuong\AppData\Roaming\snapmaker-luban  
Then open Snapmaker again. It works all the time for me.  
Yes, this bug is super annoying.
