Lost order and refusal to ship replacement order

why is your company making it so hard to get a new order or refund for my lost package. Its literally only $24.00. I think I’ve spent enough on enclosures and z axis and the printer to not be pullung something I have provided a claim number from FedEx stating its lost. Delivery was set to be July 3rd it is now the 21st.

Is there anyone who can recommend a better contact than Tracy

When we receive a feedback about the lost package, we need to check with FedEx first. Once they confirm the package is lost, we will send you a new one as quickly as we can.
