Hi all, I am new here, I have a question for my Snapmaker Artisan. When I am using USB cable, the file is loaded correctly. But the problem is that while laser cutting the power stays at 0%. When increasing the power manually it cuts the path too. I am not sure how to fix this. I am using Luban 4.12. Anyone knows a method to fix this?

All good now, Just update both software on the Luban and firmware on the machine. It works great!!
