Is the inline power feature that was added to the firmware utilized in Luban?

I stand to be corrected, but I understand that inline power is not anything the Slicer/GCode-Generator needs to take into account. The firmware will adjust the laser power to match the current acceleration status/speed of the toolhead, so that the laser power remains uniform during accel, move, and deccel. The GCode will just say: Move from A to B with Power X, and the inline power will make sure that X is true along the complete path.
But I may have misunderstood this completely…
