I tried the auto and manual focus several times and the focus pattern prints only the left half looking as the focus is away all the way in one direction.
Any idea how to manually offset it or it is a fault of the laser head?
I have removed the lens end, and now I can do proper auto-focus. Anyone knows what is the end (on the picture) for?

Before this I was getting info “the final Z focus us too low”. Now is OK
It’s intended as a shroud to block some of the laser light, making it more ‘safe’. In practice many people find it a hindrance and remove it.
