Hey all I took a 5000x6900 pixel image (300 dpi) and it transfers to lubon fine but when I create G code it becomes VERY pixelated and looks not great. Last laser etcher I had was a cheap thing off of amazon but had no pixelation. Anyone have any suggestions? It’s set to black and white.
Apparently changing “Mode” from “line” to “dot” fixes this. Though why is the “finish time and remaining time” always very inaccurate?
You need to change your line density. If you go to your highest (best resolution) of 0.05 that should fix a lot of your pixelating. Or use vector.
Because it estimates that based on the number of lines of gcode left to run, which is simple to do but has horrible accuracy.
