# Issues with Luban

Hello, I am having trouble launching Luban. It installs just fine, however when I try to launch it, it doesn’t open. The process is running in task manager, however no UI pops up. Are there any unlisted prerequisites? Thanks!

Staff member has confirmed that this is a bug in Luban 3.10: [Luban not loading](https://forum.snapmaker.com/t/luban-not-loading/10931)

Other versions should work.

It’s working for me.
