Thanks for this great idea! I also contacted Snapmaker about it. Basically the motor should be able to find online.
What I may also be able- there is an acrylic sheet between the motor and the metal mounting bracket for isolating.
If I quickly recreate it and laser from a thicker material then I might be able to solve the problem quicker
Or maybe somehow sharpen the teeth again with a file or something
I wanted to recalibrate the E Steps and used M83 → G1 F200 E180 instead of F100
I measured 180mm, extruded 200mm and now was left with over 51mm of filament.

My Layerlines really came from Extruder Gear slip.
As suggested I put 3xM3 washers between the acrylic piece and the heatblock.
This solved my issue almost completely. I‘m now fine running an E Step value of 250 with no problem. No under or overextrusion- I’m happy to have some good quality print back.
No I will adjust the K Factor & Vibration compensation for pushing the 120mm/s speed limit
