I want cancel my pre order

I place my preorder last week, my order id: SM2020415731, But I am using TMC silent driver with all my 3D printer, but I watch the youtube review about snapmaker2, this printer noise is so loud. I want to cancel my order if snapmaker2 A350 is not using a silent driver. That noise from the machines is not acceptable. And If the noise from the selling price in Kickstarter, Model A350 is excellent because it’s only below 1000usd, but now is 1319usd with loud noises. Just feel very uncomfortable for me. been a week no people reply my few request refund email, and no people respond in Facebook messager

You need to contact support@snapmaker.com

They may be working on this for future improvements.

I have sent few email to info/snapmaker and sales/snapmaker since last week and I also send an email to support, yesterday like you said, but no reply yet.
