I don’t know where to start but I have the Dual Extruder on a SM2 A350 and I can’t seem to find a way to take a single STL object and have it use one color (left extruder) up to a certain layer then use the other color (right extruder) for the next layers.
As far as I can tell, this seems to be limited to changing colors via multiple objects that intertwin inside of it other.

I want to do something like this:

They are doing this on a Bambu Lab X1 with a single object STL.

Or if I could at least print a white square with black writing on top of it. I don’t see how to do this in Luban.

Is there a profile setup for A350 with Dual Extruder to use in Prusaslicer?

Download latest Luban - alpha 4.8.0, they have mesh painting there, should do the trick I think.
