Flat surface deformation troubleshooting after 3D printing?

How to prevent first layer flat surface deformation? the base rectangular cylinder is 99 X 78 X 5mm.

Thank you!

This looks like warping. It’s probably that the environment you have your printer in is too cold. A first step would be to make sure you have no drafts near your printer (is that an air conditioning outlet I see right behind it?). Another possible simple solution would be to just put a cardboard box over it while printing (i.e. a $5 “enclosure”), but then you have the dilemma of either not being able to see your prints or having to spend a bit more on building a window (but hey, even a cellophane window cut into a cardboard box would work just fine probably for PLA).
