# Extruded gear is not working

I don’t know what is happening that the extruded gear is not moving when I am going to upload filament

So the extruded gear is not moving, even when I want to insert new filament

Yes, nozzle is getting hot, when I hit the extruded tab the gear is not moving

Is the other way moving (retract)? you should be able to hear it.

Bu i fear, you need to contact Snapmaker support
