Emailing Problems

Snapmaker Team

I was wondering if your emailing service is having problems with Microsoft outlook and Hotmail emails because I recently tried creating an account using my Hotmail but never got an email. I looked everywhere and made sure the email was correct. Then I used my Icloud email instead, and it came instantly I also know someone who ordered the Snapmaker and never got any emails about it. (He uses a Hotmail too)

Did you check your junk mail?

Mine went to junk mail.

mmh that is weird. I’ve always had issues with Hotmail/Outlook with not receiving verification emails.

I’ve since switched to gmail as it is far more reliable.
