I’ve use the 3 axis cnc quite a bit over the past year but I ran into an issue where when I make a new tool path Luban says “Something went wrong. Please reload the app.” I have tried the newest version of Luban and the one I was doing my other projects on but I am still getting the same error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem, I also tried older versions, but couldn’t fix it.

Did you delete the old app/prefs, before installing another version?

I figured it out from another thread by deleting a folder in the Snapmaker files that were installed, here’s the link:

> [@Luban 4.7 "Something went wrong. Please reload the app"](https://forum.snapmaker.com/t/luban-4-7-something-went-wrong-please-reload-the-app/30488):

> Updated to Luban 4.7.0 and now I get this message at startup: “Something went wrong. Please reload the app” I’m on Windows 10. I had not upgraded since 4.4 because Luban has always been problematic with every upgrade. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with the same result. Any suggestions on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
