I tried to inspect it, but the compartment cannot open anymore

Hi, you have seven black screws in the picture which hold small cover for filament sensor (orange pin is visible) Remove (carefully!!!) all seven screws. tbh it is not yet one year and I already had to replace tons of parts
can’t really recommend that printer to anyone
I am really disappointed by the overall “durability” of that printer
