Several times that I have had to have my system re-home, the bed has banged into the front of the enclosure. Anyone else? What do I do to fix it?
You probably have it assembled wrong. They y-rails should be centered on the base plate and not overhanging.
Which would probably explain some of the issues you were mentioning on another thread.
Share pictures if you want us to confirm your assembly.

The Y rails are on the base plate horizontally, please take a picture of that, or at least verify they are in the recessed groove on the base plate.
Take pictures of your whole SM.
From front level with bed, From front at height of top of z towers tilted down, etc.
