Hi, hoping someone can assist as support does not appear to understand.
When the auto level is done, position 9 is pushed down 5mm past horizontal by the print head, this is the only area that forced down by the print head.
When it prints, the front half of the print prints correctly, the head so low the the back half nozzle is blocked from extruding filament. When printing small pieces it is not noticeable, when I attempted to print a larger piece it is not printing correctly. I have gone through a few print sheets because the heated nozzle has forced the print material into the print sheet and is not removable…
is anyone else having this issue? Any resolution available?
