I don’t think that’s the problem, since the waste collector fits perfectly into its housing.

Do you mean that Toolhead 1 sits slightly lower than the other three toolheads?
During toolhead collection, the protruding U‑shaped notch on the white printhead collides with the toolhead, rather than correctly engaging with the nozzle section.
