## Software \> Snapmaker Beta Testing

A public subcategory open to everyone, mainly focused on Snapmaker Orca / App, and U1 firmware.

## Beta Testing

A private category accessible by invitation only(**[#Invitation link](https://forum.snapmaker.com/invites/JgwYJNQ1S7)**). It covers not just Snapmaker Orca / App, and U1 firmware, but also hardware beta testing related to accessories.

This category will announce all upcoming beta testing projects in advance, along with their expected start dates. (In the future, we may also consider uploading key release notes ahead of time.) For the same testing project, the actual start date in `Beta Testing` is typically 1–2 days earlier than in `Software > Snapmaker Beta Testing.`
