HI
My dual nozzle print head is giving serious problems
I recently printed a model in PLA and Petg support. About halfway through something caused the print bed to slip about 50mm in the y axis. I canceled the print and restarted but it only printed the first line of the skirt stopped and returned to the home position. When I tried to cancel the print on the controller it said it couldnt cancel.
Upon reboot I made a sucessful test print in PLA using the left nozzle. However when I retried with support in the right extruder the same thing happened, one skirt line and home.
After another restart the nozzles wont heat up to even allow change of material etc.
I updated the firmware to the latest and still have the same issue of the nozzles not heating under the Control Icon.
I cleared the Workspace of any file and reprinted the origianl model with PLA in the left extruder with success.
I then disabled the Dual Extrusion option in Cura 5.4.0. and set all parameters to print with the right nozzle using Petg. This resulted in the model being printed with the left nozzle, PLA.
I have had previous success with this dual nozzle setup before using PLA and Petg.
Please can someone help to resolve this problem.
Regards
Graeme
