Good thats was the Issue. 👍

if you have the z axis to high Bug you need to print a small thing , swipe to te left ( so right side of display is visible )
here you have to adjust the z offset ( steps are 0,05 0,1 0,2 )
in my case Dual extruder is always ~0,3 to high, so i correct is by this setting ( Auto Calibration is not perfect -.- )
But if you know the issues you can just setup it counterwise.
by the way, this setting will also be saved for the next prints , so you will change it in the Firmware

Z axis at the top of travel when you run auto-calibrate, that’s not good. The auto-calibrate should ask you to set bed temp then move down to within 10mm or so of the heated bed before doing the sensor run. BTW I have gone into settings and increased the number of calibration points from the default 3x3 to 5x5. This gives much better bed leveling results. Give that a go and see what happens.

I have changed the setting to 5x5 and resorted to lowering the z axis once I load the G-Code, thank you for the advice.

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this but Cura is a far more capable product than Luban. It does a way better job at generating GCode and has a ton more features. I started out expecting Luban to be a good product based on the price of the Artisan but it is just very inferior.

you could maybe at least go part way by using the new option that allows moving the head to a central position to change the toolhead. its in the menu options. (Note I just installed the new firmware after about a year of non use and found this option had been added. I like it).

Thanks for the reply, I was focussing on the Luban just toi get me into the 3D printing side of the machine, since in 3 years of owning it, I never touched it, Last night after two failed attempts of doing the “Benchy” (The 2nd print almost completed), I did a calibration cube after changing a few minor settings and it came out darn-near perfect.

I went to “Manual” Calibration and started getting the prints to work. Thanks for the insight!
