1. Can you open Luban normally in Chrome? (Luban → View → View in Browser)

2. Which graphics card are you using? Is WebGL is supported?  
You can also visit [https://get.webgl.org/](https://get.webgl.org/) in your browser, to see if “Your browser supports WebGL”?

1. Luban → View → View in Browser: Firefox = No → copy-paste local server address to Edge = Yes.
2. [WebGL](https://get.webgl.org/) supported in Firefox and Edge. (I installed an old PNY nvidia quadro FX1800 for better functionality with my CAD software: FX1800 is not WebGL2.0 compatible.) Until Luban 3.10 it worked in its own window (never worked in browser Firefox). Uninstalling 3.14 and back to 3.10: it doesn’t work any more. So 3.14 changed something in Windows which is not reverted by uninstalling.

Thanks for your test.

Though I don’t think Luban changes something in Windows. Once you uninstall the application and remove user data folder (Windows: C:/Users//AppData/Roaming/snapmaker-luban) you should get a fresh install.

Could you confirm the issue on v3.15.0 again? We added a detect on check whether WebGL context can be created.

We knew that it’s caused by WebGL detection and creation of WebGL context, but it’s a bit hard to diagnose each condition that causes this. We will continue to track on this issue, and make improvements on later versions.
