The Z-axis of the U1 makes a strange noise, like friction, when moving down from around 190. This sound occurs every time the axis moves downward after a print. I discovered that the noise comes from the heated bed cable rubbing against the casing. The solution is to apply a layer of Teflon tape along the edge. Since the tape has self-lubricating properties, it eliminates the friction sound.
